The boys decided to squish themselves into the very small box. Let me out!!!!! Also, we saw Adalyn, Paisley and Zach walking outside so all the kids played together for a few minutes, but it was sooooo cold!

Painting The Laundry Room

Might as well take advantage of Matt being home, so I decided to paint the laundry room. I'm wanting to install cabinets above the washer and dryer and figured that it would be easier to paint now then after the cabinets are installed. I love color! It's bright without being to bright since there are no windows.

Took the boys to Pump It Up today to burn of some energy. I'm hoping they will take some great naps today!!

The Dentist

Both boys had to go to the dentist today. This was their second time going. As bad as Matt was feeling, he came along to help. The waiting room has a tank full of turtles which Dylan loves. He has named them daddy turtle, baby Luke turtle and big boy Dylan turtle. Dylan did so well. This was the first time were they used the dental equipment in his mouth. When he lays back in the chair and looks up, Dylan can watch a movie as they look in his mouth. Luke of course squirmed when they looked in his mouth, but they did not use equipment on him though. Both boys did awesome!!!!

Even though it is really cold, the boys insisted on playing outside since it was blue skies and no rain. I didn't mind because was so sick of being stuck in the house.

Dylan's 1st Day of School

Dylan is so excited to be going to school! It will be the first time that Dylan will be left with someone other then family. I'm not worried though because both boys are so independent that they don't rely on Matt and I being in the same room as them. As bad as Matt was feeling, he was able to join me in taking Dylan to his first day of school. And of course Dylan loved school and can't wait to go back!

Surgery and Sauce

I told you so!!!!!!!!!!!!! Matt hadn't been feeling well for awhile. I kept asking for him to go see the doctor but he didn't (mostly because he just started his new role as Manager). So, he finally went and saw the doctor today and was informed that he would be needing surgery TODAY! 8:30 PM was has scheduled time. Who has surgery that late? Worked out well though because my father was bringing my mom home from the hospital that afternoon from having a full knee replacement. Matt did really well in surgery and know we wait and hope for a healthy recovery!
